Congratulations on your accomplishments so far. As you have overcome far more challenges than are typical for a law school student, Nashville School of Law is pleased to announce the celebration of your class’s graduation with an in-person ceremony on Saturday, May 27.

GRADUATION CEREMONY

The ceremony will be Saturday, May 27, 2023, at Renaissance Nashville Hotel, 611 Commerce St, Nashville, TN 37203. The ceremony will start at 11 a.m. and last approximately one hour. There is no limit on attendance.  Parking is available in lots and garages near the hotel. 

The ceremony will take place in the Renaissance Ballroom.  In order to stay on schedule, please plan to arrive no later than 10:00 a.m.   The seating for family and friends is first-come, first-served.  The faculty and the graduating class will line up for the procession at 10:30 a.m.  A photographer and a videographer will be present before, during, and after the ceremony.

Please come to the lobby outside the ballroom – with your tam, gown, and hood – and we will direct you to your gathering location.

GRADUATION REGALIA

The last day to order your Graduation Package products online is Saturday, April 1, 2023. Orders placed after this date may incur additional fees.
The regalia will be direct shipped to the address you provide when you order, and it must be returned within 30 days following graduation. There will be a return label included in the package.

LAW DEGREE VERIFICATION FORMS

In order to be considered to take the Tennessee Bar Exam, students must complete a law degree verification form.  Click here to obtain the form. 

Fill out the top of each page, have it notarized, and return the original to Susan Dulin, who will file it with the Board of Law Examiners. Please allow enough time for the School to process it before returning it to the Board of Law Examiners by the deadline.

If you do not plan to sit for the July 2023 bar exam, please notify Susan.
