Dan Berexa has practice law with Cornelius & Collins, LLP for over 25 years. He served as the firm’s Managing Partner for eight years and is currently a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. The focus of his practice is litigation, dispute avoidance and alternative dispute resolution in the areas of tort and personal injury law, product liability, professional liability, insurance law and business law. He is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Tennessee. He is also a Rule 31 Listed General Civil Mediator.    Mr. Berexa graduated cum laude from the University of Tennessee College of Law where he was a member of the Tennessee Law Review. He obtained his undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Florida, where he was a Distinguished Military Student and member of the Scabbard & Blade Military Honor Society. In 1991, he served active duty in the Middle East in the Persian Gulf War as a Military Police Officer, where he was attached to the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault).
